SecretShorts membership terms

SecretShorts is offered by Secret Labs Inc. These terms describe the preview and membership purchase experience. A shared account gives you access to the Secrets platform under its account terms.

Free previews

The first two available preview episodes of each published series can be watched without creating an account. Preview availability can change. Later episodes require a shared account and may require Moments to unlock.

Memberships and episodes

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership and create a shared account. The plan selected at checkout determines the price, billing interval, and monthly Moments allowance. All prices are in US dollars. Applicable tax is calculated from your billing address and displayed before payment.

Premium includes 8,000 Moments each month, equivalent to 16 episodes priced at 500 Moments. Ultimate includes 15,000 Moments each month, equivalent to 30 such episodes. Episode prices can vary. The allowance is shared with other features on your account, so using Moments elsewhere reduces the amount available for episodes. A membership does not automatically unlock every episode. Monthly allowances reset at the next grant; purchased Moments follow the account's existing rules.

Payment and renewal

The amount shown on the final payment button is charged when you complete payment. Your membership renews for the displayed billing interval at the disclosed renewal price plus applicable tax until canceled. A multi-month membership is charged for the full selected term, while its Moments allowance is provided monthly.

Cancel future renewals from your account. Cancellation does not itself refund an already completed payment. The seller and bank-statement descriptor appear at checkout.

Finish your account after payment

After a successful payment, confirm or correct your email address, verify it, and create an account or sign in to an existing eligible account. Your payment is attached to that account once setup completes. Your billing period starts when payment succeeds. You then continue watching on Secrets.

An existing active membership cannot receive a second subscription through this checkout. If the account you want to use already has an active membership, contact support or request cancellation and a refund of the unclaimed purchase.

You may request cancellation and a refund from the account-setup page while the purchase is unclaimed. If setup remains unfinished for 24 hours after payment, cancellation and refund processing begins automatically. Your purchase is marked refunded only after the payment processor confirms the refund. Bank processing time can vary. Keep the purchase reference and return to the same browser to resume setup or get assistance.
